Recruitment Procedure

Our company is based in the UK, and we specialise in the placement of staff from Eastern Europe (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary).

Recruitment process:

  1. Employer submits request, with specified details about the salary, number of staff required, conditions of employment etc.
  2. We search for candidates in our database to match the employer’s criteria. In addition, we contact our offices in Eastern Europe for possible workers.
  3. The selected workers are interviewed over the phone. If our candidates are already in the UK they can be interviewed in person.
  4. CVs of Eastern European workers, who match the criteria and have sufficient English, are forwarded to the Employer.
  5. Employer chooses the best out of the candidates supplied.
  6. All Eastern European workers provided by Global Choices undergo a police record check and provide us with medical records if this is a requirement of the employer. All documents are translated into English.
  7. We take care of travel arrangements and accommodation of the workers.
