Recruitment Procedure
Our company is based in the UK, and we specialise in the placement of staff from Eastern Europe (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary).
Recruitment process:
- Employer submits request, with specified details about the salary, number of staff required, conditions of employment etc.
- We search for candidates in our database to match the employer’s criteria. In addition, we contact our offices in Eastern Europe for possible workers.
- The selected workers are interviewed over the phone. If our candidates are already in the UK they can be interviewed in person.
- CVs of Eastern European workers, who match the criteria and have sufficient English, are forwarded to the Employer.
- Employer chooses the best out of the candidates supplied.
- All Eastern European workers provided by Global Choices undergo a police record check and provide us with medical records if this is a requirement of the employer. All documents are translated into English.
- We take care of travel arrangements and accommodation of the workers.
